Employee Health Risk Assessment (PWP)

Functional capacity assessment is proven to increase the return-to-work rate, thereby cutting the cost of an injury. By assessing what an employee can do, and what the job requires. FCEC, Inc. can compare the worker's abilities to the job demands and then list the tasks that the worker can safely carry out. Therapy intervention helps the worker progress back to the pre-injury level of function. Using FCEC, Inc. data, physicians can be certain of a worker's documented functional abilities. This makes them more comfortable with releasing a person back to work. We can show you when a worker is ready to return. Rate of re-injury FCEC, Inc. job reports show which tasks a worker can do safely. That reduces the number of injuries in the first place.

In addition, FCEC, Inc. video tape all client evaluations. This means we can make credible normative comparisons. This kind of data, lets us draw reliable conclusions. That is why FCEC, Inc. is accepted as the objective and authoritative standard for functional capacity assessment.
